Introduction

Rinso most commonly used in United State, United Kingdom, and Australia since 1918. It launched in Indonesia in the year of 1970 as the Nation first detergent brand. Unilever Company chooses Indonesia as the potential country for home base Rinso. Rinso market itself well in Indonesia.

 

Growth

Rinso started a good introduction in 1970 as the first detergent brand in Indonesia. The market share of Rinso is large enough up to 80%, as it is the first detergent in this country, Rinso grew well. Rinso also become the leader in the market of detergent in indonesia until today.

Maturity

The level maternity shows by Rinso by achieving award as the best brand Product detergent in a row in 2003, 2004, 2005. Besides that, Rinso has the five variants include “Rinso excel”, “Rinso anti Noda”, “Rinso Colour and Care”, ”Rinso with Softener Molto”, and “Rinso Matic”.

 

Decline

As we can see, Rinso detergent is not declining. The market still interested to use Rinso as their detergent. Rinso has already successfully serve Indonesia for 38 years and always aware of situation which let Rinso to be always known as the best detergent ever.
